苯-长链烯烃烷基化固体酸催化剂的研究 Ⅰ.中孔分子筛固载杂多酸催化剂的制备及表征
Study of Solid Acid Catalysts for Alkylation of Benzene with Long Chain Olefine Ⅰ.Preparation and Characterization of Heteropoly Acid Catalysts Supported on Mesoporous Molecular MCM-41
【摘要】 采用水热分散法制备负载型SiW1 2 /HAlMCM -4 1催化剂 ,用XRD、IR、NH3-TPD、N2 吸附及热水抽提方法表征催化剂的酸性、孔结构、杂多酸的分散性及载体的晶体结构状况。结果表明 ,SiW1 2 /HAlMCM -4 1催化剂具有较强酸性和孔径为 3 11~ 2 80nm的中孔 ;在负载量 (质量分数 )高达 5 0 %的催化剂上 ,硅钨杂多酸呈单层分散状态并保持其Keggin结构 ;适量固载杂多酸对HAlMCM -4 1载体的晶体结构几乎无破坏作用 ,杂多酸固载牢固度与固载方法和载体表面性质有关。
【Abstract】 WT5BZ]The solid acid catalysts which consist of heteropoly acid H 4SiW 12 O 40 (SiW 12 )supported on a mesoporous molecular sieve HAlMCM-41 have been prepared by hydrothermal dispersion fixation.The acidity,pore structure and HPA dispersive state as well as the crystalline structure of HAlMCM-41 supporter for the catalysts have been investigated by XRD,IR,NH 3-TPD,nitrogen physisortption and hydrothermal extraction.The results show that SiW 12 /HAlMCM-41 catalysts have a high acidity and 3 11~2 80 nm mesopores.HPA can exist on HAlMCM-41 surface in the form of monolayered dispersion and retain the SiW 12 -Keggin unit even at HPA loadings as high as 50%.Proper SiW 12 loadings is confirmed to be not destructive to the crystalline structure of HAlMCM-41 supporter.The fixation stability of HPA over HAlMCM-41 depends on both fixation methods and HAlMCM-41 surface properties.
