孤岛减压渣油在CO-SCW体系中催化加氢

【摘要】 对孤岛减压渣油在CO -SCW体系中加氢改质研究表明 ,利用CO与SCW发生的水 -气变换反应获得加氢所需氢源是可行的。在适宜的条件下 ,渣油在CO -SCW体系中改质可达到在H2 -SCW体系中改质同样的效果

【Abstract】 Heavy oil upgrading is a very important way to make reasonable use of petroleum resources.One of the heavy oil upgrading technologies is catalytic hydrocracking which can process various heavy oils and get high yield of liquid products.However,the use of expensive molecular hydrogen renders the process cost high.The catalytic hydroconversion of Gudao residue using hydrogen from watergas shift reaction was investigated.The experimental results show that catalytic hydroconversion of Gudao residue using CO-water as hydrogen source is an effective heavy oil upgrading technology.Under proper reaction conditions,the hydroconversion of residue using CO-water is as effective as that using H 2-water.
