FX-01催化剂上苯与丙烯烷基化反应内扩散过程的研究
Internal Diffusion Transfer of Benzene Alkylation with Propylene over β Zeolite
【摘要】 采用ZLC法测量反应组份在催化剂晶内扩散系数 ,并对ZLC法的数据处理进行了改进。通过试验得到了内扩散有效因子 ,由有效因子计算催化剂粒内扩散系数。比较粒内、晶内及本征反应速率发现 ,对于苯与丙烯烷基化反应过程 ,采用粒径为 3mm的球形FX -0 1催化剂 ,晶内扩散速率大于本征化学反应速率 ,本征化学反应速率大于粒内扩散速率。
【Abstract】 The intracrystalline diffusivities were measured by improved ZLC(Zero Length Column)method.The efficiency diffusivities of macropores was derived from the efficiency factors of catalyst pellet measured by experiments.In the alkylation of benzene with propylene in a fixed bed bubble reactor,using 3 mm catalyst pellet which is made of H β zeolite,the resistance values of alkylation process were found in the order as follows:macropore diffusion>intrinsic kinetics<intracrystalline diffusion.
