【摘要】 主要阐述了国有企业人力资源管理的现状、问题及产生问题的原因，并针对此问题提出建设性对策与建议．

【Abstract】 This thesis mainly expounds the current situation problems and its causes of human resoulce management or state-operated enterprise. And the author put forward some constructive suggestions and measures aiming at these problems.
