一种新型高精度微型机温控系统的设计

【摘要】 介绍了高精度微型机控制双油槽温控系统,叙述了以 PC586为上位机,以 MCS-51单片机为下位机的控制系统的软、硬件的结构、算法及其性能.其精度可达到0.05℃,超调量很小,进而实现对温度传感器的准确标定.在实际工作过程中完全能够满足油田对温度传感器进行标定的需要.

【Abstract】 In this paper, a high-temperature control system with two oil tanks is parented. The temperature in the two oil tanks is controlled by means of two grade structures. The precision may reach 0.05℃ and overflow is very small. As a result, the temperature sensor is accurately demarcated. In practical working process, it can meet the need of demarcating temperature sensor of the oil field completely.
