【摘要】 目的 :研究双体位CT扫描在进展期胃癌分期中的作用。方法 :将 85例进展期胃癌病例分成二组 :单体位组 (即单纯行仰卧位CT扫描 ) 30例 ,双体位组 (即采用仰卧位与补充体位行CT扫描 ) 5 5例。口服水作对比剂行CT检查 ,分别行术前CT分期与手术结果的比较和分析。结果 :双体位组术前分期的准确性为 89.0 9% ,单体位组仅为 6 0 %。两组间有显著差异 (Ρ <0 .0 5 )。结论 :双体位CT在对检出病变、确定病变范围和判断肿瘤对毗邻器官的侵犯方面明显优于单体位组 ,因此双体位CT有助于提高进展期胃癌CT分期的准确性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the role of using the double body position CT(DBP-CT)in the staging of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:We performed CT examination in 85 patients with advanced gastric cancer which were divided into the double postion group(55 cases)and the single position group(30 cases),after oral intake water agent.The preoperative CT findings of each group was compared with surgical findings respectively and the accuracy in the CT staging of advanced gastric cancer of each group was estimated.Results:The accuracy in the preoperative CT staging of double position group was 89.09%,and in single postition group was 60%.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our findings show that the DBP-CT is surperior to the single position group in finding lesion,confineing the range of the tumour,and determing the degree of adjacent invasion.It can improve the diagnostic accuracy in the preoperative staging of advanced gastric cancers significantly.更多还原
