【摘要】 目的 :分析胸部良性神经源性肿瘤的CT表现特点。方法 :搜集 15例经手术病理证实的胸部良性神经源性肿瘤 ,其中神经鞘瘤 8例 ,年龄 2 76 4岁 ,神经纤维瘤 4例 ,年龄 2 444岁 ,节细胞神经瘤 3例 ,年龄 82 0岁。结果 :15例中仅 3例有相关的临床症状 ,CT表现为边界清楚光滑的圆形或椭圆形较均匀稍低密度软组织肿块 ,神经鞘瘤 6例明显不均匀强化 ,2例中度结节状强化 ;神经纤维瘤和节细胞神经瘤呈轻度均匀强化。结论 :胸部良性神经源性肿瘤发病年龄和CT表现对诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the CT features of benign neurogenic tumors of the thorax.Methods:Fifteen patients with benign neurogenic tumors of the thorax proved pathologically were studied,including neurilemoma 8 cases(27~6 4 years mean 41),neurofibroma 4 cases(24~44 years mean 31),ganglioneuroma 3 case s (8~20 years mean 13).Results:Only 3 cases had relative clinical symptoms.The CT findings were as well-defined,round or oral soft-tissue masses,the neurilemoma demonstrated marked heterogeneous enhancement in 6 cases,moderate nodular enhanc ement in 2 cases,whereas neurofibroma and ganglionearoma demonstrated minimal ho mogeneous enhancement after contrast administration.Conclusion:There are often not symptoms or signs in benign nenrogenic tumors of thorax while the age of patients and CT features is useful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the tumor.
