【摘要】 目的 :应用放射学方法评估带血管骨膜 (VP)与同种脱钙骨基质 (DBM)联合移植对节段性骨缺损的修复效果。方法 :以兔 2 5 mm的桡骨骨缺损模型 ,分别采用 VP+DBM联合移植 (A组 )、自体骨移植 (B组 )、单纯 VP移植 (C组 )和单纯 DBM移植 (D组 )进行修复 ,术后行连续 X线摄片 ,对 X线平片按 L ane标准进行骨缺损修复评分。结果 :A组、B组的 L ane评分与 C组、D组在各时期均有显著差异。 A组与 B组在术后 2、4周也有显著差异 ,但 8、12、16周均无显著差异。结论 :VP+DBM联合移植对节段性骨缺损的修复效果要明显优于单纯 VP移植或单纯 DBM移植 ,在移植早期还优于自体骨移植 ,晚期则两者效果基本一致。VP+DBM联合移植后两者之间建立了相互协同 ,相互促进的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of vascularized periosteum(VP)associated with demineralized bone matrix(DBM)graft on the healing of large segmental bone defect with radiolgic examination.Methods:The effect of VP+DBM graft(group A),fresh autogenic bone graft(group B),VP graft(group C)and DBM graft(group D)on the healing of a 25 mm diaphyseal defect in 48 radii was study in 48 rabbits.The results was evaluated by serial X-ray examination and Lane′s radiographic scoring.Results:The Lane′s scores of group A,B,C and D were significantly different at each stage.Group A and B were also significantly differont at 2 and 4 weeks but 8,12 and 16 weeks postoperation.Conclusion:The effect of VP+DBM graft is better than VP graft or DBM graft in the healing of the radius segmental defects in rabbits,and even better than autogenic bone graft in the early stage,but has no signifficant differance in the late stage.It is believed that the VP and DBM can combine and stimulate each other after grafting.更多还原
