低剂量屏气三维对比增强磁共振肺动脉造影

【摘要】 目的:探讨低剂量屏气三维对比增强磁共振肺动脉造影(3DCEMRPA)的方法及初步应用。方法:18例病人接受3DCEMRPA检查,造影剂用量为每公斤体重0.1~0.15mmol,分别进行增强前、增强后第期、增强后第期三维快速稳态进动(3DFISP)成像,所有图像分别经最大信号强度投影法(MIP)重建。比较增强前后各级肺动脉的信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)。结果:所有病例增强后的图像均优于增强前图像。增强后第期图像各级肺动脉的SNR和CNR均较增强前图像有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:3DCEMRPA作为一种安全直观地评价肺动脉的方法,有着广阔的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the low-dose three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR pulmonary angiography in a single breath-hold and its preliminary application.Methods:3D CE MRPA was performed using a 3D fast imaging with steady-state precession sequence in 18 patients.A bolus of 0.1~0.15 mmol/kg Gd-DTPA was administered.All results were evaluated with the method of MIP.The SNR and the CNR of pulmonary arteries were compared between pre-contrast scans and first post-contrast scans.Results:The quality of the contrast-enhanced images was significantly better than that of precontrast 3D scans.In the first post-contrast scans,the SNR and CNR of pulmonary arteries were statistically superior than that of pre-contrast scans (p<0.05).Conclusion:3D CE MRPA with breath-hold is a hopeful method in evaluating the pulmonary artery system.
