激光粒子成像技术测定旋风分离器内颗粒浓度场的实验研究

【摘要】 将颗粒粒径的粒子成像测量方法应用于旋风分离器的颗粒浓度场的测量研究 ,成功地对一种蜗壳型旋风分离器内颗粒浓度场进行了无干扰瞬态多点测定 ,实验结果较为真实地反映了旋风分离器内颗粒浓度场的分布规律。文中所获得的规律性认识为今后进一步改进旋风分离器结构、提高其效率及创建新的分区模型提供了依据。初步形成了用PIV技术测定旋流场内颗粒相浓度的新方法 ,弥补了以往用等速抽气采样法测量的缺陷。合理的实验结果表明该方法是可行的

【Abstract】 The particle image technology used for measuring particle diameters is applied to the study of particle concentration distribution in a cyclone separator. The particle concentration distribution in a cyclone separator with volute inlet was measured at several points without disturbing. The experimental results can show the real situation of the particle concentration distribution in a cyclone. Some laws of particle concentration distribution in a cycle separator are obtained, which can become the basis for improving structure, increasing efficiency and building the new area models for a cyclone separator. A new method for measuring particle concentration distribution in swirling flow field using PIV technology is presented, which remedies the deficiencies of the old isokinetic sampling method. The reasonable results show the feasibility of the method.
