曝气沉淀池处理炼油污水的出水底物浓度模型
CALCULATION MODEL FOR CONCENTRATION OF SUBSTRATE IN REFINERY EFFLUENT TREATED IN AERATED SETTLING BASIN
【摘要】 根据胜华炼油厂曝气沉淀池 1996年的实际运行数据 ,按照活性污泥法运行控制条件F/mb=0 .3~ 0 .6分析了曝气沉淀池的运行工况。结果发现 ,大部分时间内曝气沉淀池处于非良性运行工况下 ,池内养料相对不足。采用数学回归方法建立了出水底物浓度数学模型 (COD模型 )。方差分析表明 ,多元非线性回归的拟合相关性较好。当θ <2 5℃时 ,回归方程的相关系数R =0 .95 ;当θ≥ 2 5℃时 ,R =0 .94。根据拟合方程 ,用C语言对曝气沉淀池处理过程进行了计算机模拟
【Abstract】 According to the practical operation data about aerated settling basin of Shenghua Refinery in 1996, the running condition of aerated settling basin is analyzed with the controlling condition of activated sludge process. It is found that aerated settling basin has being run under scarcity of food. Using regress method, the refinery effluent model for calculating substrate concentration is established. Regression shows that the relativity of multivariate non\|linear regression model is fine. With above fitting equations, the computer cartoon simulation interface of the aerated settling basin process was designed with C language.
