用石英砂强化水平圆柱池沸腾换热的实验研究
EFFECT OF SOLID PARTICLES ON POOL BOILING HEAT TRANSFER OF HORIZONTAL CYLINDRIC HEATING SURFACES
【摘要】 将石英砂引入水平圆柱外表面沸腾的水中 ,系统地研究了不规则固体颗粒粒度、初始埋深及热流密度对弯曲表面池沸腾换热的影响。换热表面的材料为不锈钢 ,固体颗粒是粒度为 0 .4~ 1.2mm的石英砂。实验结果表明 ,在充分流化的条件下 ,在水平圆柱外表面沸腾的水中引入非均匀粒度的固体颗粒可以明显地强化换热。在相同的壁面过热度下 ,其热流密度一般是不加石英砂时的 2~ 4倍 ,但在固体颗粒被充分流化前 ,换热效果会出现短时间的恶化。与平换热面及采用均匀粒度固体颗粒的情况相比 ,初始埋深和颗粒粒度对强化换热效果的影响较弱
【Abstract】 The influences of granularity of non\|uniform solid particles, initial burying depth of heating cylinder and the heat flux on pool boiling heat transfer on horizontal cylindric heating surfaces are studied by introducing quartz sands into boiling pure water on a horizontal cylindric surface. The heating surface is made of stainless steel, and the solid particles are non\|uniform quartz sands of 0.4~1.2 mm in diameter. The results show that introducing quartz sands of non\|uniform granularities into boiling pure water on horizontal cylindrical surfaces can enhance the boiling heat transfer significantly. Under full fluidization conditions, the heat flux can usually be 2~4 times as large as that without quartz sands for the same wall superheat. Before the solid particles are fully fluidized, the heat transfer is deteriorated for a while. Compared with that of plane heat\|transfer surface and uniform solid particles, the initial burying depth and granularity have a weaker inflerence on heat transfer erhancement.
