三元复合驱数学模型及其应用

【摘要】 建立了三元复合驱数学模型 ,该模型较全面地反映了三元复合驱的主要驱油机理以及在复合化学驱油过程中包含的主要质量传递现象 ,并结合实验模型详细地描述了传质过程中涉及的大量物理化学现象。该模型适用于低 pH值三元复合驱体系 ,忽略了微乳液相 ,同时采用了新的化学反应平衡模型。运用建立的数学模型 ,进行了三维油藏数值模拟。与国外化学驱软件UTCHEM的计算结果对比发现 ,该模型的计算结果可靠 ,计算速度大幅度提高 ,同时内存占用量和计算的稳定性等指标都有一定程度的改善 ,从而证明了本模型的可靠性和实用性。

【Abstract】 The alkaline surfactant polymer (ASP ) mathematical models can describe fluid flowing mechanism of ASP flooding in detail. In the models, the transport of chemical components in porous medium in the process of ASP flooding is formulated. In the developing process of the models, physiochemical properties of oil flooding were considered comprehensively, and microemulsion phase was neglected. A new chemical reaction equilibrium model feasible for the ASP system with low pH value was adopted. A program was made to simulate the 3D reservoir and the experimental core flooding. The running speed of the new model is faster two times than that of the chemical flooding software UTCHEM, while the calculating accuracy remains almost the same. Less memory assumption and longer time step are attained by the models. The computation examples show that the models are reliable and practical.
