【Abstract】 The techniques of in vitro fertilizaton and oviduct embryo transfer in mice were used to C\-\{57\}BL/6J and BDF\-1 mice. These techniques were also applied to the TW wild mice being inbred. The results of superovulation of female mice, fertilization of eggs and the quality of sperm taken from the epididymis of the males were observed and compared with those other international works. The differences of mechanism of in vitro fertilization between laboratory mice and wild ones were also discussed.更多还原
