【摘要】 目的　探讨组织蛋白酶D(CD)在胃癌发生和转移中的作用。方法　采用免疫组化S P法检测 18例浅表性胃炎、14例萎缩性胃炎伴肠化、16例不典型增生及 5 4例胃癌组织中CD的表达。结果　除不典型增生外 ,随着胃粘膜病变程度的加重 ,CD阳性表达率呈逐渐增高的趋势 ,CD阳性表达率在进展期胃癌显著高于早期胃癌及癌前病变 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD表达与胃癌浸润深度 ,淋巴结转移和临床病理 (TNM )分期密切相关。结论　CD生理功能失调和过度表达可能参与了胃癌的发生、浸润和转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of cathepsin D(CD) in the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Methods The expressions of CD in 18 cases of superficial gastritis,14 cases of intestinal metaplasia,16 cases of dysplasia and 54 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical techniques(S-P).Results Except for dysplasia,the positive rates of CD gradually increased following the progression of gastric mucosa lesions.The positive rates of CD in advanced gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than that in early gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions(P<0.05).The expression of CD in gastric carcinoma was correlated with infiltration(P<0.01),lymph node metastasis(P<0.05) and TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The dysfunction and overexpression of CD may be involved in the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
