【摘要】 目的　探讨MTS1和CD44V 6在胃癌中的表达规律及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学LSAB方法 ,对 6 5例胃癌中MTS1和CD44V 6基因产物的表达进行检测。结果　MTS1基因产物的表达与胃癌的预后呈正相关 ,与浸润、淋巴结转移呈负相关。CD 44V 6的表达与胃癌的浸润、淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,与预后呈负相关。结论　MTS1和CD 44V 6参与了胃癌的发展过程 ,并与胃癌的部分生物学行为有关 ,是胃癌诊断和预后判断的分子生物学指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of MTS1 and CD44V6 in gastric cancer and its clincial significance.Methods MTS1 and CD44V6 gene products were observed in 65 cases of gastric cancer with LSAB immunohistochemical methods.Results Expression of MTS1 was positively related to the prognosis of patients,and negatively related to invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.Expression of CD44 was positively related to the invasion depth and lymph node metastasis,and negatively related to the prognosis of patients.Conclusion MTS1 and CD44V6 may play some roles in the development of gastric cancer,and were related with partial biological behavior.Expression of MTS1 and CD44V6 may serve as an important molecular-biological indicator of diagnosis and prognosis in gastric cancer.更多还原
