【摘要】 目的　探讨胃癌组织中细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达及其意义。方法　采用S P免疫组织化学方法测定各种胃癌、不典型增生、正常胃粘膜组织中cyclinD1的表达状况。结果　胃的不同病变组织中cyclinD1的表达率分别为 :进展期胃癌6 2 .5 0 % (2 5 / 4 0 ) ,早期胃癌 6 0 .0 0 % (12 / 2 0 ) ,淋巴结转移胃癌 5 5 .0 0 % (11/ 2 0 ) ,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级不典型增生 45 .0 0 % (9/ 2 0 ) ,正常胃粘膜15 .0 0 % (3/ 2 0 )。胃癌和胃粘膜不典型增生组织的cyclinD1表达率均显著高于正常胃粘膜组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;早期胃癌、进展期胃癌以及淋巴结转移的胃癌组织间cyclinD1的表达无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　cyclinD1的过度表达与胃粘膜上皮组织的增生和胃癌的发生关系密切 ,而与胃癌的进展和淋巴结转移无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D 1 in human gastric carcinoma and it′s significance.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of cyclin D 1 in tissues of gastric carcinoma,atypical hyperplasia and normal gastric mucosae.Results The positive expressive rate of cyclin D 1 was 62.50% in advanced gastric carcinoma,60.00% in early carcinoma,55.00% in metastatic lymphonodi,45.00% in atypical hyperplasia and 15.00% in normal mucosae respectively.Compared with normal gastric mucosae the expression rate in tissues of gastric carcinoma and atypical hyperplasia was significantly higher( P <0.01).There was no significant difference among early,advanced gastric carcinoma and metastasis( P >0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of cyclin D 1 is closely associated with hyperplasia of gastric mucosae epithelium and gastric carcinogenesis,but not correlated with advancement and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
