【摘要】 目的　观察白介素 Ⅱ (IL 2 )对鼻咽癌患者化疗、放疗期间细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　将 6 2例经病理确诊的初治局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分成 2组 :Ⅰ组 (32例 )接受诱导化疗加放疗 ,并同时在化疗及放疗时辅加IL 2治疗 ;Ⅱ组 (30例 )仅接受诱导化疗加放疗。分析患者治疗前免疫功能的状况 ,并采用自身配对方法 ,分别比较各组患者化疗及放疗前后细胞免疫功能的变化。结果　治疗前 2组患者细胞免疫功能均较正常对照组明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。Ⅰ组患者化疗和IL 2治疗后免疫功能有所改善 ,其中NK细胞活性、OKT4 比率和OKT4 /OKT8比值显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,放疗后各项免疫功能指标仅有轻微下降。Ⅱ组患者单独诱导化疗后免疫功能无明显变化 ,但放疗后除OKT8稍有升高外 ,其余各项免疫指标均下降 ,其中NK细胞活性和OKT3 比率降低显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　IL 2对NPC化疗和放疗患者的细胞免疫功能有积极的调节及保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the immunomadulation of IL-2 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Methods From July 1994 to October 1996,62 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups.In group Ⅰ,32 patients were treated with combination of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and IL-2.And in group Ⅱ,30 patients were treated only with combination of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Results The immunological functions of all patients were decreased before treatments.In group Ⅰ,the immunological functions improved after treatment with IL-2 and neo-adjuvant chemotherapy,the vigor of NK cells,the rate of OKT 4,and the amount of OKT 4/OKT 8 were significantly increased( P <0.05).And the immunological functions were not changed obviously following radiotherapy.However in group Ⅱ,they were not changed obviously after lone neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.And then following treatment with lone radiotherapy,most of them were decreased continuously,especially for the vigor of NK cells and the rate of OKT 3 or OKT 4.Conclusion IL-2 can actively protect and improve the immunological functions of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.更多还原
