【摘要】 目的　探讨nm 2 3和p5 3蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法　采用免疫组化LSAB法检测nm 2 3和p5 3蛋白在 65例大肠癌组织中的表达情况。结果　大肠癌组织中nm 2 3蛋白和 p5 3蛋白阳性表达率分别为 2 7.7% ( 18/ 65 )和 5 2 .3 %( 3 4 / 65 ) ,两者的阳性表达呈负相关 (γ =-0 .3 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;nm 2 3低表达和 p5 3高表达均与大肠癌淋巴结转移、Duke′s分期及预后有关 ,与组织分化程度无关。结论　nm 2 3低表达和 p5 3高表达是判断大肠癌分期、预测淋巴结转移和预后的良好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to analyse nm23 and p53 protein expression and their significance in large bowel cancers.Methods Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used for detection of nm23 and p53 in 65 cases of large bowel cancers.Results The positive rates of nm23 and p53 protein were 27.7%(18/65) and 52.3%(34/65),resptctively.The nm23 expression was negative related to the expression of p53 protein in large bowel cancers(γ=-0.31, P <0.05).Clinical staging,metastases potential and prognosis of large bowel cancer were correlated with low level expression of nm23 and high level expression of p53 protein( P <0.05,respectively).Conclusion These results suggest that the lower level expression of nm23 and high level expression of p53 might be a good indicator in evaluating lymph nodes metastases and prognosis.更多还原
