【摘要】 目的　研究胃癌组织中CD44、PCNA的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法　采用免疫组化方法 (S P法 )检测 5 4例胃癌组织中CD 44、PCNA的表达。结果　胃癌组织中CD 44阳性率为 64 .8% ,PCNA的阳性率为 10 0 .0 % ,其中弱阳性 (Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 )表达率为 2 4.1% ,强阳性 (Ⅲ～Ⅳ级 )表达率为 75 .9%。CD 44、PCNA的表达率与胃癌的组织学类型、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关 ,CD 44与PCNA的表达存在正相关。结论　检测CD 44、PCNA在胃癌中的表达对判断胃癌的生物学行为有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between expressions of CD44、PCNA and clinical pathological characterizations of gastric cancer.Methods The expressions of the two kinds of protein were investigated by S P immunohistochemical technique in 54 cases of gastric cancer.Results The positive rate of CD44 and PCNA was 64.8%、100.0% respectively.Of PCNA positive expression,the rates of weak(Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade) and strong(Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade) positive reaction were 24.1%、75.9% respectively.The positive rates of CD44 、 PCNA were correlated with histological types、depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.There was a positive relationship between expressions of CD44 and PCNA.Conclusion The detection of CD44 and PCNA may be useful for evaluating biological behavior of gastric cancer.更多还原
