【摘要】 目的　探讨Ki 67、p5 3和c erbB 2在涎腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法对 3 2例涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的Ki 67、p5 3和c erbB 2基因蛋白表达进行研究。 结果　Ki 67在涎腺肿瘤中的总阳性表达率为 5 7.2 % ,其中Warthin瘤为11.2 % ,多形性腺瘤为 8.3 % ,粘液表皮样癌为 18.3 % ,腺样囊性癌为 19.4% ,涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的Ki 67阳性表达率存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3在涎腺肿瘤中的总阳性表达率为 60 .1% ,其中Warthin瘤为 9.1% ,多形性腺瘤为 8.4% ,粘液表皮样癌为2 1.0 % ,腺样囊性癌为 2 1.6% ,涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的 p5 3阳性表达率存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。c erbB 2在涎腺肿瘤中的总阳性表达率为 84.8% ,其中Warthin瘤为 16.7% ,多形性腺瘤为 18.5 % ,粘液表皮样癌为 2 3 .2 % ,腺样囊性癌为 2 6.4% ,涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的c erbB 2阳性表达率存在非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　Ki 67、p5 3和c erbB 2对涎腺肿瘤的发生、发展起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of Ki 67 antigen、p53 protein and protooncogene protein c erbB 2 in salivary gland tumours.Methods Thirty two cases of salivary gland tumour were examined with immunohistochemical technique.Results ①The total positive rate of Ki 67 was 57.2%,among which,11.2% was from Warthin Tumor(WT),8.3% from Pleomorphic Adenoma(PA),18.3% from Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma(MC) and 19.4% from Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma(ACC).There was significant difference between benign and malignant salivary gland tumors in Ki 67 expression( P <0.05).②The total positive rate of p53 was 60.1%,among which,9.1% from WT,8.4% from PA,21.0% from MC and 21.6% from ACC.There was significant difference between benign and maligant tumors in p53 expression( P <0.05).③The total positive rate of c erbB 2 was 84.8%,among which,16.7% from WT,18.5% from PA,23.3% from MC and 26.4% from ACC.There was significant difference between benign and maligant tumors in c erbB 2 expression( P <0.01).Conclusion Overexpressions of Ki 67、p53 and c erbB 2 play important role in tumourgenesis and development of salivary gland tumors.更多还原
