【摘要】 目的　观察奥沙利铂抗肿瘤作用。方法　采用药效学体内实验法及体外人癌细胞培养药物杀伤法 ,观察了奥沙利铂抑瘤活性并与顺铂相比较。结果　奥沙利铂 ( 9mg/kg～ 2 .2 5mg/kg ,腹腔注射 ,3次 )用药的 3组小鼠 ,在体内接种L12 10 后 ,观察3 0天均无腹水出现 ,全部存活 ,达到治愈水平。在相同剂量下 ( 9mg/kg～ 2 .2 5mg/kg ,腹腔注射 ,3次 )奥沙利铂的毒性明显低于顺铂 ,每剂量组小鼠体重增加都高于顺铂组。结论　体外实验结果显示奥沙利铂对 6种人癌细胞株均表现出较好的生长抑制作用 ,IC50 值为 ( 11.2～ 5 2 .7) μg/ml。奥沙利铂具有较好的抗癌活性 ,且尚有适当增加剂量而取得更好疗效的潜能及临床应用的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the effects of a new platinum complex,oxalato platinum(trans l 1,2 diaminocyclohexane) on anti tumors.Methods Mouse leukemia L 1210 was treated with L OHP,the anti tumor activity was observed by pharmacodynamic methods in vivo and MTT method in vitro.Results Three groups of mice treated with L OHP were cured(at doses of 9 mg/kg～ 2.25 mg/kg ,ip×3).At those doses(9 mg/kg～2.25 mg/kg,ip×3),L OHP showed a lower toxicity than cisplatin(CDDP).All of mice showed higher increase on weight compared with CDDP groups,and what is more L OHP was also effective against six human tumors cell strains such as HCT 8 colon adenocarcinoma,Bel 7402 liver carcinoma,E 109 esophagus carcinoma and so on.In addition,the IC 50 values of L OHP were 11.2～52.7 μg/ml.Conclusion L OHP may be a new clinically active pt complex.更多还原
