【摘要】 目的　探讨PS2 蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与ER、PR和患者预后的关系。方法　应用LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测PS2 蛋白在 10 5例乳腺癌中的表达。结果　PS2 在乳腺癌中的表达率为 5 0 .48%( 5 3 /10 5 )。 43例ER和PR均为阳性者中 ,有3 3例PS2 表达阳性 ,阳性率为 76.74%( 3 3 /43 ) ;而 40例ER和PR均为阴性者中 ,仅有 9例呈PS2 表达阳性 ,阳性率为 2 2 .5 0 %( 9/40 ) ,P <0 .0 1。生存 5年以上的 79例中 ,有 45例呈PS2 阳性表达 ,阳性率为 5 6.96%( 4 5 /79) ;而 5年内死亡的 2 6例中 ,仅有 8例呈PS2 阳性表达 ,阳性率为 3 0 .77%( 8/2 6) ,P <0 .0 5。结论　PS2 阳性表达与性激素受体呈正相关 ,与 5年生存期呈正相关。PS2阳性表达可作为乳腺癌的 1项预后指标。对乳腺癌患者的抗雌激素治疗 ,有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of PS 2 protein and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) status and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods Using immunohistochemical method,PS 2 protein expressions in the 105 cases of breast cancer were detected.Results The positive rate of PS 2 protein was 50.48%(53/105) in the 105 patients.The positive rate of PS 2 in the patients who survived over five years or more was 56.96%(45/79),which was higher than that of those who lived less than five years(30.77%,8/26).In the patients with ER and PR(+),the positive rate of PS 2 was higher( 76.74 ,33/43),than that of those with ER and PR(-)(22.5%,9/40).Conclusion The expression of PS 2 protein was positively correlated with the 5 year Survival and ER and PR in breast cancer.It could be considered as a prognostic predictor,and detection of PS 2 protein expression was useful for treatment of breast cancer.更多还原
