【Abstract】 The U.S. has formed a super trade protection network characterized by non-tariff barrier and regionalized economy. Nowadays, under the circumstances of the co-existence of free trade and trade protection policy along with the increasing advancement toward regionalized (or group) economy, China should draw on the experiences of the U.S. concerning the trade protection policy.
