【摘要】 目的 :观察复方丹参片对脑指数、脑含水量、脑毛细血管通透性的影响。方法 :分别以复方丹参片低剂量( 0 75 g/kg、高剂量 1 5 0g/kg)对大鼠进行灌胃给药 ,并结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉 ,形成急性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型。结果 :复方丹参片对实验性大鼠脑缺血所致脑指数升高有降低作用 ;对其脑含水量的升高有显著降低作用 (P <0 0 1) ;对实验性大鼠脑缺血所致毛细血管通透性增加有显著降低作用 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :复方丹参片对缺血性脑损伤具有一定保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of compound salviae tablets(Fufang Danshen Pian) on brain wet weight index,brain water content,and brain caplillary permeability.Methods The rats were given small dose and large dose compound salviae tablets by gastrostogavage (0.75 g/kg and 1.50 g/kg,resectively),and made into the models with acute experimental incomplete cerebral ischemia by bilateral ligation of common carotid arteries.Results The medicine had an action of reducing the rise in brain index caused by experimental cerebral ischemia,and of significantly decreasing the rise in brain water content( P <0.01) and enhancement of caplillary permeability ( P <0.05).Conclusion Compound salviae tablets have a protective action against ischemic brain injury.更多还原
