【摘要】 目的　探讨螺旋 CT三维重建对颌面骨折的临床应用价值。方法　对颌面复杂骨折 46例患者采用西门子 Plus- 4C型螺旋 CT行螺旋方式扫描 ,层厚 3mm或 5 m m,应用表面阴影显示法 (SSD)进行三维图像重建 ,使用不同的旋转轴观察不同角度骨折的三维病变图像 ,若怀疑下颌骨骨折时 ,应用勾画删除技术对图像进行切割删除处理 ,以便单独显示下颌骨的三维图象。结果　螺旋 CT三维重建能清楚显示复杂颌面骨折的立体解剖图像及其与周围结构关系 :应用勾画删除技术可清楚显示下颌骨骨折位置与移位情况 ,尤其髁状突骨折移位的方向和程度。结论　螺旋 CT三维重建对复杂颌面骨骨折具有较重要的临床应用价值 ,有利于确定复杂颌面骨骨折的程度与骨折的移位情况 ,有利于手术方案的设计与实施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of clinical application of 3 D CT in the complex maxillofacial fractures.Method 46 patients with complex maxillofacial fractures were scanned by spiral CT,slice thickness is 3～5 mm.Surface shaded display (SSD) method was used for reconstruction of three dimensional (3D) images.The three dimensional images of maxillofacial fractures were gotten by using various rotation axes.Before 3D images reconstruction,the drawing and deleting way was used for mandibular fractures.Results 3D spiral CT gave a clear stereoscopic view of the complex maxillofacial fracture and its peripheral relations.By the drawing and deleting way,location and translocation of mandibular fractures,especially of condylar fractures,were showed clearly.Conclusion 3D CT is of important clinical value in the complex maxillofacial fractures.It helps display clearly the location and translocation of complex maxillofacial fractures and design an operation program.更多还原
