【摘要】 目的　探讨 PS2 蛋白在溃疡性结肠炎组织中异位表达的意义。方法　用免疫组织化学法检测了30例溃疡性结肠炎和 2 8名正常人结肠组织中 PS2 和 CEA的表达。结果　显示 30例溃疡性结肠炎 PS2 蛋白阳性的 7例 ,阳性率 2 3.3% ,PS2 只在伴有不典型增生的溃疡性结肠炎中表达 ;而 CEA阳性的 2 2例 ,阳性率 73.3%。2 8名正常人结肠组织中 PS2 阳性的 1例 ,CEA阳性的 2例。结论　 PS2 蛋白在溃疡性结肠炎组织中的异位表达可作为溃疡性结肠炎的病情观察指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the significance of expression of PS 2 protein in the tissue of ulcerative colitis.Method PS 2 and CEA protein expression in the tissues from 30 patients with ulcerative colitis and 28 normal controls were measured by immunohistochemical method.Results It was found that PS 2 was positive in 7 of the 30 (23.3%) patients with ulcerative colitis.CEA was positive in 22 of the 30 (73.3%).PS 2 was expressed only in the patients with ulcerative colitis with atypical hyperplasia.Conclusion The PS 2 protein may be expressed ectopically in the tissue of ulcerative colitis.Detecting the PS 2 protein expression in the colonic mucosa can be used as a marker for observing the progression of ulcerative colitis.更多还原
