【摘要】 用正交试验法对心脑安胶囊的制备工艺进行了探讨。用正丁醇浸出物含量为指标 ,考察了加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数 4种因素对其提取效果的影响。结果表明 ,加水量的多少是影响药材煎煮效果的主要因素 ,为了保证有效成分的煎出 ,心脑安胶囊拟采用 13倍量水 ,浸泡 12h ,煎煮 2次 ,每次 1 5h为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 The orthogonal experiment design was used to refine the preparation process of Xinnaoan capsules.The effects of water quantity supplied,soaking time,boiling time and the repeated numbers of the boiling on the extracted quantity of normal butanol were studied.The results showed that water quantity was the most important factor,which influenced the extracted quantity of effective ingredients.The conclusion is that the appropriate conditions for preparation for Xinnaoan capsules are as follows: the quantity of supplied water is 13 times as heavy as the herbs used,the soaking time is 12 hours,the boiling time is 1 5 hours and boiling should be repeated twice.
