【摘要】 目地 :探讨p53、nm2 3/NDPK蛋白与大肠癌病理改变之间以及这二种蛋白相互之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学法检测 84例大肠癌P53、nm2 3/NDPK蛋白表达的阳性率。数据统计分析采用 χ2检验。结果 :P53、nm2 3/NDPK蛋白在大肠癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为 53 6%和 70 2 %。肿瘤分化程度越差 ,恶性程度越高 ,P53蛋白表达的阳性率越高 ,而nm2 3/NDPK蛋白表达的阳性率反而越低。未分化癌与高分化腺癌之间二种蛋白表达的阳性率均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。有转移组与无转移组P53蛋白表达的阳性率无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ;而有转移组nm2 3/NDPK表达的阳性率明显低于无转移组 (P <0 0 5)。二种蛋白的表达均与癌块大小无关。结论 :P53蛋白在肿瘤发生、发展的整个过程中均起了重要作用 ;nm2 3/NDPK蛋白的表达与转移呈负相关 ,并可能与大肠癌的组织分化有关 ;P53蛋白与nm2 3/NDPK蛋白之间似乎存在着一定的负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between P 53 ,nm 23 /NDPK proteins and the pathologic features in colorectal carcinoma or between P 53 and nm 23 /NDPK proteins.Methods To detect the expressions of P 53 and nm 23 /NDPK proteins in 84 cases of colorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. χ 2 test was used in statistical analysis.Results The rates of P 53 and nm 23 /NDPK proteins detected in the cancerous tissues were 53 6% and 70 2%,respectively.There is a high positive expression of P 53 in low-differentiation or high malignant degree of cancer,but a low expression of nm 23 /NDPK in the same condition.There is a significant variation ( P <0 05) between the positive rates in expressions of both proteins in undifferentiation carcinoma and well-differentiation adenocarcinoma.No relationship was found between the expressions of P 53 wiht metastases and without metastases ( P >0 05).However ,the expression of nm 23 /NDPK in metastases was much lower than that in nomatastases ( P <0 05).Conlusion The P 53 plays an important role in the processes of producing and development of carcinoma.There is a negative correlation between the expressions of nm 23 /DNPK and cancer metastases,but there is a possible correlation between this protein and the degree of cancer differentiation grade.更多还原
