电刺激对肌肉柔韧性训练效果的实验研究

【摘要】 电刺激训练已成为现代运动训练的重要手段之一。众多资料表明,电刺激可有效地发展肌肉力量。本研究旨在观察电刺激训练对肌肉柔韧性的影响。结果表明,电刺激训练可显著地提高原动肌肌群和对抗肌肌群肌肉的柔韧性,亦可提高右腿肌群肌肉的柔韧性,保证左右下肢肌群的柔韧性同步协调平衡发展。

【Abstract】 The electrical stimulation(ES) has grown into one of the significant training methods, for it is proved to greatly promote muscle strength. The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of muscle flexibility by the electrical stimulation training. The experiment reveals that the electrical-stimulation-training(EST) can synchronize the improvement of muscle flexibility with that of right leg muscle flexibility. Additionally the same effects are also true to the antagonistic troup of muscle.
