【Abstract】 In this paper,the rough estimate making on domestic and foreign capital for the Connection Works of the YRDP is taken as an example,two methods used for making the rough estimate of water and water power project are compared.They are the unit price method,which is often used at home and the analysis method,which is commonly used overseas.The analysis method is mainly introduced,the writers viewpoint presented that both the two methods should be applied at the same time in making the rough estimate when foreign capital is introduced so as to feasibly realize the purpose that the rough estimate reflects the actual cost of the project.更多还原
