【Abstract】 By analyzing the features of scientific journals under the knowledge-based economy, this paper points out that scientific journals serve as a most information carrier in knowledge-based economic activities. Yet the key decisive factor of journals’quality and even survival is the scientific consciousness of editorial staff. To be qualified, they need to be equipped with good academic consciousness as well as professional qualities, and then go further to improve their academic attainments or even become specialists in the field.
