【摘要】 以小麦幼苗DNA为模板 ,采用小麦春化相关特性Verc2 0 3序列设计合成的春化特异引物 ,进行PCR扩增。通过对扩增体系中引物浓度、Taq酶浓度、Mg2 + 、退火温度以及扩增程序的选择优化 ,确定了PCR扩增的最佳条件 ,获得稳定而理想的扩增效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Using specific primer which was synthesized by wheat vemalizing-related specific Verc203sequence,PCRamplification was carried out with DNA of wheat seeding as template.By selection and improving of the concentration of primer Taq DNA polymerase ,Mg 2+ ,annealing tempreature and amplifying sequence,the best condition had been decided and the stable,idealistic ampififcation effect had been achieved更多还原
