陆地棉丰产品系与转Bt基因抗虫棉双列杂交配合力研究

【摘要】 以 4个陆地棉丰产品系和 4个转Bt基因抗虫棉品系为试材 ,采用双列杂交遗传设计 ,对 2 8个组合的F1进行田间观察和主要农艺性状配合力分析。结果表明 ,含有Bt基因的杂交组合其F1对棉小造桥虫为害的抗性为 0级 ,表明这一外源基因属显性质量性状。一般配合力分析表明 ,棉花主要 5个农艺性状主要受基因加性效应控制。特殊配合力方差分析表明 ,4个主要农艺性状的差异乃基因显性效应。 4个转Bt基因抗虫棉品系的 4个主要农艺性状的一般配合力效应值均为负值 ,表明其农艺性状与常规丰产品系存在一定差距。特殊配合力分析出现 5个优良组合。

【Abstract】 The field observation and analysis of main agronomic characters (MAC) of 28 hybrids F 1 were conducted among 4 high yielding lines (G. hirsutum L.) and 4 Bt transgenic cotton lines by diallel crossing design. The results showed that the resistance grade of F 1 (hybridized combination with Bt gene) to Anomis Flara Fabricius was 0. It indicated that this foreign gene expressed dominant qualitative character. The general combining ability (GCA) analysis showed that 5 MAC were mainly controlled by additive genes. The variance analysis of special combining ability (SCA) showed the difference of 4 MAC were attributed to gene dominance. The GCA values of 4 MAC of 4 Bt transgenic cotton lines were all negative, indicating that there existed some differences between the agronomic characters and those of conventional high-yielding cotton lines. SCA analysis revealed 5 excellent combinations.
