钛硼合金元素对特殊铜合金性能的影响
The effect of the Boron and Titanium alloy elements to the special copper alloy′s property
【摘要】 研究了加硼钛后铜合金的组织变化及力学和耐磨性能。结果表明 ,硼钛能明显细化铜合金的组织 ,提高其强度、硬度 ,改善其耐磨性 ,塑性虽有所降低 ,但不影响其综合性能。
【Abstract】 This paper has investigated the change of microstructure, dynamics and wear resistance of the copper alloy when treated with Boron and Titanium The results suggest that Boron and Titanium can significantly refine copper alloy’s structure, improve it’s strength and hardness, modify it’s wear resistance, it may lead to ductility decrease a little, but don’t affect it’s comprehensive properties
