重力式油水分离设备流动特性研究

【摘要】 采用粒子图象测速 ( PIV)与停留时间分布 ( RTD)检测技术 ,对美国 C-E Natco公司的 Performax聚结器、河南石油勘探局的 HNS- 分离器和作者最近开发的一种重力式油水分离结构优化设备的流动特性进行了二维和三维条件下的模拟实验研究。结果表明 ,Performax填料虽有助于强化设备的分离特性 ,但不能显著改善流动特性 ,在下游流场中仍存在短路流和返混流现象。由于采用多组波纹填料和改进了进液方式 ,HNS- 型分离器的流动特性较 Performax聚结器有所改善 ,但在流场的一些局部区域中仍有返混现象 ,设备的有效空间未能得到充分利用。而重力式油水分离结构优化设备 ,在继承前两设备成功结构的同时 ,还进一步引入了新型稳流与聚结构件 ,大大改进了设备中的流动条件 ,使流场分布更加均匀稳定 ,从而为提高设备的综合技术经济性能提供了技术保障

【Abstract】 The 2 D & 3 D flow dynamics of three typical separators were investigated with the particle image velocimeter(PIV)and residence time distribution(RTD)techniques,which were the Performax coalescer of C E Natco Company,HNS Ⅱ separator of Henan Oilfield of CNPC and a novel separator proposed by the author.The principal conclusion is that there existed serious short circuiting and back mixing flow in the Performax coalescer,despite it has been recognized as new industry standard for oil water separation.An improved flow pattern has been achieved by measuring the emulsion flowing in HNS Ⅱ separator,due to the utilization of corrugated plate pack and the opening of the feed inlet reached the water phase under the water oil interface.Its hydraulic behavior is not in good order because there still some volume does not come into play.The novel separator not only used the effective structures in reference to the above two devices of HNS Ⅱ,but also introduced two new components which were specially used for the flow stabilization and coalesce enhancement,so both hydraulic and separating behaviors improved further.The results of PIV and RTD showed that the flow pattern in the novel separator was very similar to the slug flow.The proposed new separator performed the best hydraulic behavior among the three separators investigated in this work.
