TiO2负载氮化钼催化剂的HDS活性与反应动力学的研究
HYDRODESULFURIZATION CATALYTIC ACTIVITY AND REACTION KINETICS OF TiO2 SUPPORTED NITRIDES CATALYSTS
【摘要】 在合成出纯相氮化物γ-Mo2 N的基础上 ,制备了以 Ti O2 为载体负载金属氮化物 ( Mo2 N/Ti O2 )的加氢脱硫( HDS)催化剂 ,并对其晶体结构进行了 XRD表征。用不同的预处理条件 ,以脉冲微型反应器和色谱联用的方法 ,研究了 Mo2 N/Ti O2 的 HDS活性及其反应动力学 ,同时制备了以 Al2 O3为载体负载 Mo2 N的催化剂 ( Mo2 N/Al2 O3)与之对照
【Abstract】 After pure phase γ Mo 2N has been synthesized,catalysts with Mo nitride on TiO 2 and Al 2O 3 were prepared,respectively.Their crystalline structures were determined by using X ray diffraction(XRD).Hydrodesulfurization activities and reaction kinetics of these catalysts were studied by microreactor equipped with a gas chromatography.Hydrodesulfurization catalytic activities of TiO 2 supported Mo nitrides,Al 2O 3 supported Mo nitrides and TiO 2 supported Co,Mo commercial hydrodesulfurization catalysts were examined at varies pretreatment conditions.
