结焦催化剂颗粒再生时的瞬态温升模拟

【摘要】 根据均匀模型和有限厚度区模型 ,对结焦的分子筛裂化催化剂进行了再生时的瞬态温升模拟。将所建模型应用到半间歇的流化床再生反应器内 ,对比测定值与模型计算值 ,发现模型计算值能较好地模拟实验过程。研究结果表明 ,在 75 0℃以上的温度下再生时 ,颗粒最高温升达 5 3 .5 1℃ ,气固间温差达 42 .67℃ ,说明即使气膜内的传质阻力可以忽略不计时 ,传热阻力仍很大。

【Abstract】 Based on a homogeneous model and a finite thickness reaction zone model of gas solid reactions,a transient simulation of temperature rise in a single coked cracking molecular sieve catalyst during regeneration was presented,and two models of particle temperature rise have been developed.The temperature profiles predicted by the models give better agreement with experimental values measured in a semi batch fluidized bed reactor.The result indicates that for a given catalyst,there is a maximum temperature rise of 53 51 ℃ and a remarkable temperature difference of 42 67 ℃ between gas and solid at over 750 ℃ regeneration temperature even when mass transfer resistance in the gas film can be neglected.
