硫酸铁-硫酸镍复合系列烯烃叠合催化剂的研究Ⅱ.Fe(2/3)xNi1-xSO4-P2O5/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备方法

【摘要】 在前文所述研究工作的基础上 ,进一步探讨了烯烃叠合催化剂 Fe( 2 / 3) x Ni1- x SO4 -P2 O5/γ-Al2 O3的制备方法。结果表明 ,将一定配比的 Fe2 (SO4 ) 3,Ni SO4 及 NH4 H2 PO4 和 H3PO4 的水溶液用共浸法浸渍在孔径为 9.6nm的载体 γ-Al2 O3上 ,在非还原性气氛中、 45 0℃下焙烧 4h,所得催化剂具有很高的活性和良好的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Preparation methods of Fe (2/3) x Ni 1- x SO 4 P 2O 5/ γ Al 2O 3 series catalysts were investigated Catalysts prepared by co impregnation exhibited higher conversion of propane and selectivity for C = 9 and C = 12 + as well as good catalytic stability in propane oligomerization than those prepared by other kinds of methods P 2O 5 originated from solutions of H 3PO 4 and NH 4H 2PO 4 exhibited excellent promoting effect γ Al 2O 3 with average pore size d =9 6 nm was proved to be a good support Catalyst calcined at 450 ℃ in non reduced atmosphere showed the preferable catalytic properties
