双金属复合氧化物的表面原位合成及其催化性能研究
THE IN-SITU SYNTHESIS OF SUPPORTED MAGNESIUM-ALUMINIUM CALCINED LAYERED DOUBLE OXIDES AND THEIR CATALYTIC ACTIVITY IN SYNTHESIS OF GLYCOL ETHERS
【摘要】 催化精馏是一种新型的工艺操作 ,它要求有适合其操作条件的催化活性填料。笔者对催化活性相的载体进行了筛选 ;用两种表面原位合成法制备了活性填料 ,并考察了其在醇醚反应中的催化性能和寿命。进一步探讨了用表面铝源原位合成法制备此活性填料 ,并用 XRD法对制得的活性填料分别进行了结构表征。
【Abstract】 Catalytic rectification is a new technology In designing a catalytically active packing material it is necessary to take account of both its mechanical and catalytic properties under the operating conditions of the tower Calcinated layered double hydroxides are well known solid base catalysts but lack of the required mechanical properties In this work, the in situ synthesis of supported magnesium aluminium layered double hydroxides on variety of materials by stepwise precipitation or coprecipitation methods is reported In the case of γ alumina, a supported magnesium aluminium layered double hydroxides was also prepared using the support as the source of aluminium ions The products prepared by calcination of these materials have shown to be the effective catalysts for the synthesis of glycol ethers
