【摘要】 选择 1998年 5月—1999年 5月羊水过少及胎膜早破初产妇 6 6例 ,采用静脉留置针经腹羊膜腔输注林格氏溶液 ,并与 1997年—1998年 5月收治的羊水过少及胎膜早破初产妇 5 3例进行效果比较。结果显示 :治疗组羊水指数均增加 ,羊水性状明显改善 ,剖宫产率较对照组明显下降 ,且无一例发生新生儿窒息及新生儿死亡更多还原

【Abstract】 Selected 66 primiparae with oligoamnios and premature rupture of fetal membranes who were admitted from May, 1998 to May 1999. Using venous retaining needle abdominal amniotic cavity Ringer’s solution infusion treated them. Meanwhile, they were compared to 53 primiparae with the same problems admitted one year earlier. Results showed that after Ringer’s solution infusion, index of amniotic fluid in all primiparae was increased. And among them, the cesarean section rate was decreased markedly. The amniotic properties of these primiparae improved remarkably. Neither neonatal asphyxia nor newborn death was happened.更多还原
