彩色聚氨酯防水涂料的制备

【摘要】 研究了二步法合成彩色聚氨酯双组份防水涂料的工艺条件及原料种类。原料中水分、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品性能的影响。第一步 ,在 94kPa ,12 0℃~ 130℃条件下对聚醚进行脱水处理 ,冷却至 40℃时加入TDI,在 80℃~ 85℃条件下反应 2 0h~ 2 .5h ,制得 NCO含量为 4%~ 5 %的聚氨酯预聚体 ,即甲组份。第二步 ,色浆、填料、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、扩链剂、固化剂、催化剂等在搅拌下混匀 ,在 94kPa ,45℃~5 0℃条件下脱泡处理 ,得到固体组份即乙组份

【Abstract】 The optimal process conditions for synthesis of coloured urethane bi constituent waterproof coatings by 2 steps were studied,and the effect of stuff kind,material containing water,reaction temperature,reaction time and so on conditions on product properties were also tested. The first,the dehydrolysis of polyether was carried out at 94 kPa and 120 ℃~130 ℃,the TDI was added when cool to 40 ℃ and then reacted for 2.0 h ~ 2.5 h at 80 ℃~85 ℃, the urethane prepolymer containg NCO 4%~5% was obtained,namely A composition. The 2nd, the pigment paste,filler,antioxidant,UV absorbent, chain extender,curing agent ,catalyst etc.were mixed to uniform,and the curing composition,namely B composition,was obtained after defoaming treatment at 94 kPa and 45 ℃~ 50 ℃.
