3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺与钒(V)显色反应的研究
Study on the Spectrophotometric Determination of Vanadium with 3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine
【摘要】 :研究了 3,3′,5 ,5′-四甲基联苯胺 (TMB)和钒 (V)的显色反应。在 HCl介质中 ,溶液于波长 430 nm处有最大吸收 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .5× 10 4L· mol- 1· cm- 1 ,钒 (V)量在 0～ 2 .5 mg/ L 范围内服从比尔定律。
【Abstract】 A new method is developed for the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium (V) with 3,3′,5,5′ tetramethylbenzidine(TMB). The most absorption wavelength is 430 nm in the hydrochloric acid and the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.5×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The system obeys Beer’s law in the range of (0~2.5)mg/L.
