【Abstract】 Large scale management is the essential feature of chain management.At present,Chinese chain enterprises are universally on a small scale.Therefore,the advantages of the chain enterprises are restricted of bringing into full play.In this article,the author holds the idea that Chinese chain enterprises should scientifically choose operating state and operating types.It also should develop specially permitted chain and cultivate famous brand chain enterprises.In the meanwhile, chain enterprises should advance measurses that can blaze new trail in its system and speed up the degree of realizing large scale management.Only by these steps,they can lay a solid foundation of the promotion of competitive power of chinese chain enterprises.
