异形石材加工双臂机器人结构设计

【摘要】 介绍了当前异形石材加工设备的现状 ,指出了单臂机器人不能加工全立体石材工件与刀具相对方向不能改变等不足。就新设计的 2R - 1P3R型双臂机器人的结构及功能作了说明 ,并简要分析了它的加工过程 ,该机能加工棱体、旋转体、柱槽、磨外圆及对称与不对称空间曲面等特点。

【Abstract】 The present states of equipment of processing special_stone in the world is discussed in this paper. It explains the structure and functions of the newly designed 2P-1P3R type of two_arm robots and makes a brief summary as well. It presents that this kind of robots have overcome the difficulties of being unable to curve the closed surface and change the relative velocity of the tool and the work which one_arm robot can’t do. And it shows how this kind of robots can curve the closed surface, machine prism, solid, groove, and grind cylindrical surface, symmetrical or non_symmetrical closed surface.
