【摘要】 本文系统的介绍了环境 ,人类环境哲学 ,建筑的变迁以及新时代对小区规划设计的客观要求。指出了当前小区规划设计中存在的不足 ,并以建设高质量居住小区的目标为依据对此进行分析。同时结合小区规划设计的客观要求 ,在对环境充分理解和把握的基础上 ,提出了相应的改进措施和方法 ,使之达到可持续发展的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a systematic introduction to the environment, philosophy of human environment, changes of architecture and the objective requirements in designing and planning the layout of residential quarter in new era. It points out the shortcomings of the present layout and makes necessary analysis of them on the basis of building up the quarters of high quality. Meanwhile according to the objective requirements of designing and planning the quarters and based on a fully understanding of environment, it presents the corresponding measures and approaches to the improvements to continue their developments.更多还原
