高温塑性加工过程中裂纹损伤与修复特性研究
STUDY ON THE PROPERTIES OF CRACKS DAMAGE AND RECOVERY IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE PROCESSES OF PLASTIC DEFORMATION
【摘要】 钢铁冶金和凝固等特性决定了钢锭内部不可避免地存在缺陷 ,因而大型锻件锻造过程中内部缺陷损伤产生或修复效果直接影响着产品质量。文中使用热扭转实验研究了大型管板材料 (2 0 Mn Mo)内部裂纹损伤产生的条件和影响因素 ,用热模拟方法分析了缺陷修复过程及影响因素 ,并对两种规律进行了对比分析。研究表明 :裂纹损伤与修复规律的影响因素不尽相同 ,变形路径不可逆 ,在锻压生产中可按要求分别进行控制。
【Abstract】 The faults inevitably existes in the ingots because of metallurgical and solidifying properties,the efforts of inner faults damage and recovery directly influences the product quality in the forming processes of heavy forging.In this paper,the conditions and related factors for occurring internal cracks are studied,the processes and related factors for faults recovery are analyzed and the relations between them were compared by using hot torsion test and modeling method.It is shown that the damage and recovery is not the contrary process of the same phenomena,relative factors for damage and recovery are different and should be controlled in the forging processes.
