【摘要】 以马拉硫磷 ( 0 .45 g/ ml)、敌百虫 ( 0 .90 g/ ml)以及由该两种杀虫剂混配的农药 [敌 -马乳油 ( 0 .40 g/ m l) ]为供试药剂 ,采用腹部注射法对中华稻蝗 5龄若虫进行毒力测定。结果显示 2 4h各药剂的半致死剂量分别为 :马拉硫磷14.2 2 6 μg/ g;敌百虫 39.2 6 7μg/ g;敌 -马乳油 11.394μg/ g。这表明混配农药敌 -马乳油对敌百虫和马拉硫磷有增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the toxicity of three insecticides:Malathion(0.45g/ml),Trichlorfon (0.90g/ml)and their mixture(0.40g/ml)to the 5th instar larvae of grasshopper was tested by injecting.The result showed that their LD 50 for 24h were Malathion 14.226μg/g,Trichlorfon 39.267μg/g,and Malathion-Trichlorfon 11.394μg/g ,respectively.It indicated that the toxic effect of this mixture had been strengthened obviously compared to Malathion and Trichlorfon.更多还原
