【Abstract】 In this paper the active composition as monomer protocatechnic acid in the stool of Trogopterus xanthipes Milne Edwards were determined by using UV VIS Spectrophotometer model 756MC.The first peak of spectrum is at wavelength 260nm,and the second of spectrum is at wavelength 295nm respectively.These is present linear positive correlation whithin limits of 5 μg/ml～45 μg/ml.更多还原
