【Abstract】 New ways of offering preparatory training to novice teachers have been developed by some of our colleges or universities since the introduction of the reform and open policy.Indorsed by our state educational department responsible for the work,these ways have already been legislated and are being carried out throughout the country.Preparatory training plays a signicicant rale in improving the quality of novice teachers and in promoting the construction of faculty relays.This paper,by studying and analysing the above issues,aims to ill ustrate the necessity of novice teachers’Participating in Preparatory training.更多还原
